Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day or two — but we always do our best to ship quickly!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Typical delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.)

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at smudgeartsolestickers@gmail.com and we’ll work with the carrier to locate or replace your package.
While we’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses, we’ll always help resolve the issue where possible.

Shipping Errors

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address and any additional shipping fees are confirmed.

International Orders (if applicable)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
