If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Because stickers are made-to-order and cannot be resold once opened or used, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or design selected by the customer

Replacements

We will gladly send a free replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item or design

  • There is a printing error or quality issue on our end

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated shipping window, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier or send a replacement at our discretion.
